Question
i have a 2003 ford focus zx5 that i just changed the ignition barrel in, and now the anti theft system will not let me start my car, WHAT DO I DO?????? HELPPPP!!!!

Answer
You need to visit Ford now. The PATS system
(fuel rail cut off circuit) was not reprogrammed
when you changed the ignition swich out.

Without the original programmed keys and
ignition switch, the car's engine simply does
not have the Ford proprietary information now.

Need to have that restored too.

The only way to do that is at Ford.
