Question
I have a 96 mustang 3.8 v6 recently swapped eng and trans that was bad with eng. and trans. out of a 95 stang 3.8 now car wont start turns over fine but no spark not sure if factory anti theft system problem the car has the chip you plug in under steering column checked all connections everything in place any help please.

Answer
This issue here is likely to be that Ford
will need to re scynch the PATS system.

The fuel rail transoponder cut off circuit
is now without the correct code and needs to be
redone. You are almost there. Have it towed
to Ford service and get this part done and
you should be all set if the replacement
work on the engine was right.
