Question
I installed a Viper 4203v and the PLJX bypass kit into a 2003 Malibu. The install went very smooth until the programing of the PLJX came. The instructions are two fold. The first set is if the car starts first. Mine did not. The anti theft light was blinking. I followed the next set of waiting for the light to stop blinking and then do the programing steps again. The car started, the PLJX led lit up, I pressed and held the programing button per the instructions but the led never started blinking. I held the button for about four minutes.
The car starts and runs. The Viper works great, but the anti theft light is on solid.
I double checked all the wires and connections and they all seem to be in place.
How long should I expect to wait for the PLJX to program itself? Once it does will the anti theft light go out?

Make sure the ignition sense wire in this install is done.
(GREEN WIRE in the igniton.

Then remove the brown trigger wire from the remote starter,
program again, and once it programs THEN put it to the
remote starter (-) output.
