hi
my car got stolen and i havnt got it back yet my insuracne company said they are going to send my key to forensics to see when it was last used can they do this without actually having the car i sent the insurance company the only key that i had for the car i have done nothing wrong but for some reason i feel scared i have 4 young kids and ive never been in trouble in my life thank you

Answer
Hello,

Of course so-called forensics can prove you were the last person that operated this car when it wasn't recovered.
A specialty tool is required though. The key is inserted into a crystal ball and all the evidence will point to you because to insurance companies, you are guilty until proven innocent!

They will get some insurance slut (forensic locksmith) to write a report saying that because for him as a locksmith,(not a thief), it would take him 20 minutes to make a key. In other words, because of the locksmith's ignorance as to how to actually steal the car, the theft will be linked to you!

Funny, I have a case like that right now. Car has been missing for over a year. Progressive contacted a locksmith to write a report to deny a claim. The locksmith from Joe's Lock and Key states that because it would take him 20 minutes to make a transponder key, the car could not have been stolen.

What a goof!! Yet, Progressive actually had the nerve to deny the claim based on what this locksmith opined in his report!!!

If one were to spend 20 minutes making a key to steal a car in Texas, he would have been dead for 19 minutes!!!! Obviously, the locksmith did not consider this fact!

Forensics in the world of theft has been basterdized. If performed properly, it can be the smoking gun, but the problem is that 99% of these goofs hide behind that "forensic" title and do the quickest easiest slip shod examination.

One of the first hypothoses would be that the car has to be present for examination. With the car, one can rule out many different theories, but one can never rule out towing. If the car is recovered, it will be towed at least twice before it is examined at an auto auction. Forced entry is a moot poine because of so many unknown factors. Out of the thousands & thousands of cars I have examined, only one was locked.

I literally crush these insurance companies and their "experts" in court!!

If there is actual proof once the vehicle is examined that it can be determined how the car was last operated, fine, but rarely involving these purported experts (locksmiths) can they ever prove their opinions because they took short cut.

If you insurance company is giving you trouble on payment, you can retain our firm and we can assist you through the SIU investigation and if denied, we can assist you there as well.

Our firm works for and against insurance companies. All the insurance experts only work for insurance companies.

Check out our site at http://www.autotheftexpert.com You will find it a wealth of information. While you are at it, you will see the word "beaten" in green. Click on that link and go to the bottom of that page. You will see my CV (resume) and you will find it awesome as it applies to you.

Review my experience not only in auto theft, fire and forensics, but also in insurance investigation.

If you look at my extensive court record, only 3 of those cases are involving reports I authored over 20 years. The rest are going against the alleged "forensic" experts in this field and we have a 97% success rate!

If the insurance company says they can determine how the car was last operated just by examining the key and no car, they are misrepresenting the truth or another way to put it-Somebody is lying and would be opining without all the facts (the car).

Our contact information is on our site.

You did not mention the insurance company, but Geico, Progressive, Allstate and State farm are real common to deny a claim without the vehicle and think that by scaring you they will use forensics on the key to scare you and make you confess!

Here is where you may be at: Under investigation by SIU. EOU will be coming soon. You do not want to go through that yourself. An attorney can't help ypou at that point and there is only one place to reach out to and that is us. Did you review my CV (Resume) with my extensive experience in claims and insurance investigation?

Sometimes I supply the questions for the investigation and Examination Under Oath (EUO). It is the power of intimidation. The person asking for key is SIU. He/she is most likely an ex-cop. At the EUO your are in front of an attorney and the SIU in order to intimidate you.

Hopefully I will have some new pages up in the next week and I am naming names of the commonly known experts across the country. I am installing all sorts of new information, both for the insured and the insurance companies. Should be interesting!
