Auto Theft Prevention/Lojack Starter disable

Question
The Lo jack is removed from a 2005 Grand Prix, but the ignition is still disabled. There are two sets of wires coming from the ignition, do I re-patch by color? Or am I looking for something else to start ignition.
It's likely to be the GM PASSKEY III system that needs to be reset.

However, Unfortunately, I will not be able to assist here
as Lojack is designed to track a vehicle and stop the starter
on demand.
This fact means "I'm out" when it comes to removal
and repair without an authorization to do so from LOJACK.
You will need to contact LOJACK from this point
as I have no idea who you are or, if this request is legit.
