Question
casr got stolen and the pulled thi ignition so u can only start it with a screw driver . will this affect car to over heat and batterrie will not keep a charge

Answer
It's probable that the PASSLOCK 2 sensor was shot to hell
here and that's why you have troubles with the battery and a
NO START situation.

Bypass it. You should also repair/replace the ignition switch
for best, safest results as well. If left this way, you
would likely do more damage to it over a short time period.

To do a bypass, see the options at www.GMPASSLOCK.com
(You will have to do either this or see GM when more
damage accurs and you simply can not start it at all.)

Anyway, rough having to do this after a theft,
but that does not change the fact that you will need
to do it.

I hope to be able to help you with this
once you get the kit.
