Question
I have a cavalier that the starter went out so replaced and know the passlock lights stuck on and wont even crank what could be the problem? would it still crank if the passlock is stuck on?
Sure, HOWEVER, it would need to be scynched,
and the only way to do that is at GM. :>(
You can of course, bypass the PASSLOCK 1 system all together
(see this at www.GMPASSLOCK.com - FIXPASSLOCK.com) and get the
kit listed for this car there. Once installed PASSLOCK would be inert
and in a perm. loop so it'll be like it was not there in the
first place.
