My 20-05 Dodge Ram 2500 is having the same problem. No horns or noises, but when I turn on the key the starter does not engage it acts like the batteries are dead but I have charged them and they show over 12 volts. I have followed everything from the manual except that I am not sure if I have a programmed key. The FOB does not work.
