Auto Theft Prevention/Insurance denial - 2014 Ford Taurus

Hi - I was online attempting to research additional information on the Securilock system located in Ford vehicles.  I am recently dealing with an insurance denial & theyre stating there is no way the car could have been stolen without the transponder key.  Any advice???

thank you in advance!

I was just curious and wondering if you reviewed and if this was the type of information that would assist you?
We have over 2 decades working for and opposing insurance carriers. There is no other firm on a national basis that represents insureds in these situations. We are not a law firm but we are capable in litigating these matters.
Most attorneys are not familiar with the auto theft investigation protocol, nor do they know the subject matter on forensics and auto theft. They do not know the experts the insurance carriers use to state the last key used was a key of the proper type, insinuating your key.
This is all a fašade and an house of cards.
Now, key of the proper type to is maliciously, deceptively and intentionally used by the "forensic locksmith" giving the appearance as if science was used to indicate to the ignorant and misinformed the vehicle was last driven with a specific key. That is not true however and a general one size fits all conclusion is obfuscated to be a specific key.
Let's say you have one key for the vehicle. You insert it into the ignition and start the engine. Now, you go to a locksmith and have a duplicate key made. You insert that key into the ignition. You start the engine. Which was the last key used? You would probably say the duplicate key made by the locksmith. You would only be half right. Both keys are a key of the proper type!

Your claim was most likely never investigated as a theft. The narrative is because the PATS according to Ford makes the vehicle "unstealable." Of course Ford has lied since the 90's on this matter and I proved it in a California court in 2000. I bypassed their first version with one wire!

10/1/2014 as stated before in Tucson People v Cox, I proved this statement a lie yet again. The PATS was never designed to stop theft even though they call it the Passive Anti Theft System.

It is said theft claims are not denied on the forensic locksmith report. This is kind of true, because they built a case of preponderance where assumption and innuendo is treated as fact. The build a case of apparent financial motive, in which they will demonstrate you could not afford the vehicle.
I am also an expert in bad faith/good faith and a majority of these denials are on the bad faith nature.

The insurance SIU (Special Investigation Unit) is commonly made up of ex-cops that when they were hired were indoctrinated by their employer that all auto theft claims are fraud because the vehicles can't be stolen. Most know nothing about auto theft methods and rely on their hand picked independent forensic locksmiths conclusions, which in most cases are very easily refutable by us.

See, without that report, they would not be able to determine if the vehicle was or was not stolen, and this would force them to pay. The forensic locksmith industry is a fraud as I just gave you one example. Interjecting fraud into an investigation, taints the investigation and subsequent denial.

It is more difficult to fight a denial than consult an insured during the investigation and prepare them for the Examination Under Oath. However we are capable of doing it all.

Contact me at 866-490-1673 or my cell is 903-513-7808.

In denials, we represent our clients under Power of Attorney.

One last note--attorneys rarely know of this, but your name will now be put on a database accessible to all carriers accusing you of misrepresentation. The name is never removed, but we have a way of addressing his to protect our clients.
We have references from law firms across the US as well as individual insured clients.

As a matter a fact, yes. This is what I do.
In Tucson October 1, 2014 in a criminal case involving People v Cox and the theft of his 2011 Ford F-150, serving as an expert witness for the defense on this "unstealable" vehicle, I did what I do best, refuting the prosecution!
Oct,28, 2014 on a reported stolen GM vehicle "Unstealable" as well in New Bedford, MA I refuted the prosecution once again.

I work these cases as a consultant and expert to attorneys and I also represent insureds that have been denied under Power o Attorney and am extremely successful.
