Question
I am having trouble with my remote start.  When I try to remote start the car, the engine tries to turn over but it doesn't.  The engine will continue to churn until I turn the remote start off.  I tried putting the key in the ignition (but not turning the car on) and pressed both buttons to remote start it with the key in.  It worked fine and turned the car on.  Then I shut it down and tried it without the key in the ignition.  The company that installed the remote start isn't around anymore.  I have a 2003 Highlander.  Thanks for you help.

Answer
I don't supply that
service for DEI customers here.

Too many people have been asking
for the service they should be providing, and
I won't do they're job here any longer.

So, I refer these folks to either my forum
at www.installsupport.com or, I have a
guy at sales@tampacaralarms.com who might be able
to offer some insight. Good guy and he will treat
you right.

Sorry I could'nt be of more
service. Nothing personal, I just
would opt to pass this to those who can
offer you the best assistance.

Good luck.
