Auto Theft Prevention/Mazda3 immobilizer won't disarm.

Question
I tried to disarm my immobilizer via the manual by turning
the key to on and waiting for the light to go off and when
I turn the car off, it still blinks. I quess I activated the system by listening to the radio with the engine off as
this light did not blink before. How do I disarm this device as the manual is wrong or else immobilizer not working the right way.
On this one, the best thing here is
to go to my installers forum at
www.installsupport.com and see if
my resident technicians there can assist
with this project. I don't know enough
on this Mazda 3's to advise you properly.
