QUESTION: I have a De Tomaso Guara equipped with a 1998 Mustang Cobra engine. All keys are lost. Is there any way to go around the pats system? What do i need to get new transponders? Thanks, Roland

ANSWER: Well, there is the KXO4 Ford PATS
(no key needed) bypass module,
and says it does all bypasses on the
PATS fuel injection rail immobilizors.

I have no idea on yours though. It'd be a gamble.
But doable and available if you want to go for it.

No guaranty on these however. Once tried, they will either
work or not, and there no returning them either.
Pricey too at 73.00, but that would be the only one
that would fit into this situation that I am aware
of that has a good chance of performing.
