Can a 2006 BMW be stolen without having the keys and not flat bedded it?
Very Unlikely.
The codded transponder keys are cut in
the BMW plant in Wolfsburg Grmany plant,
and are set out with each VIN number and
registration at the time of sale.
Pretty secure system. so again,
highly doubtfull.
