Expert: INSTALLSUPPORT - 9/7/2007

Question
I purchased a Viper 751vx alarm for my 2003 Malibu.  The problem I have been having is . . . First, the car cut-off on me while I was driving.  Second, the theft light stays on when I use the remote start function from the alarm.  Third, the theft light does not come on when i start the car with the key.  I have had my car looked at by Mechanics and Car Audio installers.  They all say that there is a problem with the theft system and the Viper alarm.  I live in Indianapolis, Indiana.  I need some one experienced to look at my system and tell me what really is wrong.  I had no problems until the alarm was installed.

Wrong guy here. As it says on the site,
(that big button) I don't
supply support for DEI equipment or they're
clientel. Too many people have been asking
for the service they should be providing, and
I won't do they're job here any longer.

to offer some insight. Good guy and he will treat
you right.
