follow the wires from the card reader to the module, cut the blue and red wires, splice them together

Just ran into this with my 1994 Imala SS. Started thinking selinoid/starter after charging my battery., but this sounds like it might be my problem. there is no seloid click , there just nothing...If I luck out and get it started, it's going to the dealer for a security labotomy. If anyone has a clue which wire I should cut, let me know.

I am a car alarm installer he is right remove the relay and put the starter wire back together you would think that a tech  should know how to find if the starter wire is not getting any votage to the stater makes you think
