Question
I have recently purchased a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica which came with 2 transponder keys. Can I damage the cars computer system if I try to start the car with a key without the chip?

Possible. Don't risk it.
If you put in another transponder type
key, this could disable the fuel injection system
and Chrysler would need to re-program.
Even the standard metal key could trigger the anti-theft
inadvertantly.
Try not to go there.
Expensive day.
