How do you replace inside and outside door handles.

Not very   easily. Pull the trim panel, you will see two holes, about an inch in diameter, at the back of the door, level with the out side handle. Use a long extension and a 10mm socket to reach the handle bolts. You  will have to wiggle it around to get it out far enough to release the linkage clips. the inside will be self explanatory once the trim is off
