Question
LEFT CORNER OF REAR BUMPER(2006 TOYOTA CAMRY)
WAS PUSHED IN BY ANOTHER VEHICLE.I BELIEVE THE BUMPER IS PLASTIC WITH STYRAFOME BACKING(I THINK!).
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUMPER BACK OUT TO ORIGINAL STATE FROM UNDERNEATH THE CAR?
(OR WHAT OTHER ACTIONS CAN BE TAKEN?)

Answer
Yes take a heat gun or hair dryer and heat up the dent and push from the inside until dent is gone. Do not get the plastic too hot or it will start to melt. Or you can have it fixed and repainted at a body shop.
