Question
I installed a pair of Mickey Thompson tires on the rear. They are a bit wider than the stock tire. When I hit a bump or accelerate hard the rear lip of the panels touch the tires. I really like the way the MT tires look and grip, and would like to keep them. What can I do if anything with that panel?

Answer
When I was a kid guys used to cut the wheel lip mostly away, and beat the inner fender well in to increase tire clearance. About the only other easy thing to do, is add air shocks to increase rear ride height. Might give a cool old school look. Don't know what to do outside that. Bill
