Auto body repair & detailing/radiator support

Question
I have a 93 legend that needs a new radiator support. I was wondering if I can just use an old one from the junk yard or just to go with a new one. I would also like to know the process of installing one.

Answer
New is always the way to go except this one costs $450.00. You can check the salvage yards to find a rust free part, good luck. Go to www.car-part.com.
Next, pull the front fenders and everything else bolted to it. Clean up the support edges and find all the spot welds. Drill them out with a 5/16 bit. Actually, try to drill half way through, that way, it will be easier to weld the new one in. Once you have located all the welds and drilled them, finish taking it out with a small chisel.
