Question
Steps to removing front left fender on my 85 Caprice Classic?

Answer
Alfredo, this is a huge undertaking. You need to remove the front bumper, then the headlamp panel- Remove the hood- Now, the outer fender will be attached to the inner fender, it comes out as one big unit. The wheel house is attached is to the fender as well. Remove the bolts attaching the wheel house panel. Now, open the front door, and there should be 2 bolts attaching the fender to the body. There may be one on the bottom of the fender in the rear. On top of the cowl, there are a few bolts, and one down in the hinge pocket area as well. There are a couple attaching it to the radiator support, you might have to remove the battery and battery tray as well. Now, tape up the edge of the door so as no to booger up the paint, and with some wiggling, it should come off. Bill
