I have a 1998 GMC savana cargo van, I need to replace the side cargo doors. how do I remove and replace the hinge pins?

Answer
Dowse the hinges with penetrating oil and work back and forth a lot, every day or so. With any luck, the hinges will break loose.
There is no easy way to get the pins out, especially when they seized. I have used a punch, I've drilled them out, I've heated them and then used a punch, but then you have to repaint.
Try to work them free first, I've had better luck that way.
If they break, then it really is a tough job.
