how do I adjust the washer nozzles on a 1998 lexus es300

I do not believe you can adjust the nozzles. You probably have a leak or an obstruction in your system. Or maybe the washer motor is weak. Check all your lines to make sure they are clear. Try a can of compressed air to back flush your system from the nozzle side. Pull the hose off the nozzle and shoot air back through the system. If that doesn't work, pull the reservoir, remove the motor and clean the tank and the pump inlet. If you need a motor, you can usually find these online at places like Rockauto.com or aauto.com. or a used reservoir with motor at car-part.com
