Hi, I have a 2000 Chevy Blazer 2 door 4x4, on the rocker panel an the bottom of the doors I have some rust forming, so I sanded it off an primed it an there is little droplets of what seems to be clear liquid and after it comes out of the tiny hole it kind of crystalizes an tastes like battery acid. What can I do to prevent the rust that has been sanded off from bleeding thru like that?

I don't know what's bleeding out of your door, except maybe road salt that has gotten trapped inside the door- it's probably coming out with condensation or when it rains. There's not a lot you can do once rust has started forming inside the panel except have a hot oil treatment done to the blazer. You might struggle to find someone that still does oiling on cars. I would check with local independent body repair shops. It sounds like you might need to have door bottoms welded into the truck for a proper, long lasting repair. Bill
