Question
I need a wiring digaram for a 1998 Ford Contour so I can fix my window. The motor sounds like its still working but the windown isn't moving up or down.

Hello Sally! You don't need a wiring diagram- which, by the way, only a Ford service department can supply- you need a new power window motor regulator assembly. They have a really cheap cable feed regulator that is prone to breakage, and the only repair is replacement of the entire portion that makes the window go up and down. That includes tracks, guides, cables, rollers, and the power motor itself. You might get off lucky and have only lost the power window motor- sometimes the plastic worm gears strip- but I doubt it.
