I have a 2003 Saturn Vue that I got in an accident with and cracked the door frame on the drivers side,  is it possible to fix something like that or do you have to get a whole new door?  Any idea how much something like that would cost?

Without seeing the damage, it is hard to tell whether it is repairable or not or how much it should cost. It probably won't be cheap though. Plastic repair requires some expensive materials to repair and metals will need to welded. Either case will take some labor to disassemble the part before the repair is done.
