where can I buy the two sided screw that holds the 2001 windstar mirror to the body.  When it was cold I bumped a garbage can and the screw broke apart where the two square ends were welded (i think) The mirror is not broken but i need the same two sided screw to put it back on!  Thanks a bunch!

Hi Carissa. If screws are available; you can buy from the Ford Dealer. However, I am pretty sure you will need to buy the mirror housing. I have changed 100's of mirrors and very few dealers sell the screw as a separate piece, because the manufacturer does not sell separately. A used mirror housing is a cheaper option and can be bought thru a wrecking yard. I hope you get this resolved. I am sorry this happened to you. However, a dealership or bodyshop can probably give you an estimate very quickly if you drive by and show them the the mirror. Have a great day! David
