Question
A vandal broke the passenger side mirror off my son's car. The body doesn't seem to be damaged. Is it possible to replace the side mirror ourselves or is it something that will have to go to a body shop? It is a power mirror.

Answer
I believe on that model, you can pop off the corner trim, inside the door, to get at the nuts and the wire harness plug. If you cannot, you will have to remove the trim panel. Look around the edges and armrest for screws. Remove the switch plate to locate the last screw. The panel will pop off easy.
