Question
My '98 Malibu got hit in a parking lot not long ago. It popped the passenger side headlight out and broke the bumper cover. The bumper cover was cracked but has since started to get worse. The light works fine but is out of the aiming 'knobs'. How do I pop the light back in without damaging the knobs and how should I go about replacing the bumper? Thanks!

Answer
You could have a broken headlight or mount panel or both.
To replace the front cover, remove the inner fender liners and you will see most of the bolts holding the cover on. You will also find screws and or retainers under the front. Look on top and on the back of the headlight for retainers or screws.
