Question
After I clear coated,it looks as if it has an orange peel effect to some degree. Some spots are shiny and others have a dull or flat look. Can i buff this out.It has been 24 hours since I finished the clear coat.I put on 3 coats. The air pressure was @ 100 psi.I believe this should have been @ 50-60.Did this create the problem. There were no runs.
I was told I could recoat after 15-30 minutes,which I did.

Answer
Way too much air pressure, more like forty to forty five with a conventional gun and about ten with an hvlp gun. It would probably be easier to wet sand it down and shoot it again. It would buff out after wet sanding with 1500 to 2000 grit paper, but that's a lot of work.
