Question
my '96 pontiac bonneville has some rust "blisters" starting to form over the rear wheel wells. body shops don't want to talk to me because this job is to small but I would like it fixed before it gets to big.

Answer
You will find pin holes where the blisters are and most shops do not like to patch rust. Keep looking for a shop that will repair it and treat the backside with something that will slow it down for a while. There are shops around that need the work, Good luck.
