Question
I have a 1993 Cadillac 60 Special. The Driver door frame on the upper hinge is rusted out to the point the hinge is no longer attached to the door frame. any recommendations on how to and what to use to repair the rust damage and re-attached the hinge.
Thanks

Answer
I have seen this problem but never repaired one. The hinge pillar is rusted, shot, gone. The car is basically not safe to drive. If you get hit in the front or side, the car will most likely collapse. The only real way to repair it is to remove the dash and windshield, cut out the old and replace, a very expensive repair. Good luck.
