Expert: Mike Potter - 5/31/2008

2002 mustang black, I was sitting at a red light and took my eye off the road accelerated and hit the car in front of me.  Well his car sustained no damage but my car has a trailer hitch outline with a chunk missing about 3 inches wide and a half inch deep.  This is right where my license plate should of been but I do not have mine on yet.  Is there any way I can fix this missing chunk without taking it to a professional.  Thanks

Put the license plate on. The paint cost alone will be expensive. as long as it does not show, I wouldn't worry about it. You have a nice car and it is black, I would not recommend trying to fix this yourself, unless you are trained in this kind of work.
