Auto body repair & detailing/1995 Chevy S-10, Hail, Paint, Suspension?

Question
I'm not sure where else to post the latter part, if it's not your cup of tea don't hesitate to say so.. but I recently bought a truck and it has a large number of dents from hail, and a few spots where the paint has completely chipped off.. The bad part is.. a previous owner attempted to make it into a sort of "low rider", by cutting chunks out of the springs in the front suspension. If that's not your area of expertise, then sorry for bringing it up, but otherwise do you have any tips for fixing up the paint and the hail that aren't too expensive? If the only way to get the dents out is to have a professional do it, that's fine, I can live with them. (rather numerous, none of them actually caused paint to chip, easily visible.. about 12-20 on the hood and 8-12 on the roof)
Thanks for the read, at least =)

Answer
Hi Sean,

I ran across this website sometime ago that I thought was interesting.

I haven't actually tried these procedures for myself but they actually look like they might work. As far as the suspension, that's a bit out of my league. Good luck with it.
