Question
Very small crack of front bumper very low in front of drivers front wheel on 2002 mitsubishi eclipse gt from pushing nose in.  Don't know if plastic or fiberglass or carbon product.  Wonder if any way to determine material and any way to use adhesion or ? to cheaply minimize appearance without replacing whole bumper.  Thank you so much.

Most likely it's some type of plastic. You might try some type of super glue on it. There is a company by the name of Catalyst Ind. that makes a product called Sonic Bond. You can find it at the link listed below:
