Auto body repair & detailing/2k Paint touch help help

Question
Hi
I have a toyota camry. Which is painted this bright (ferrari) 2K Red. It has got scratches here and there that I wanted to touch up. And couple of stone chips on the body.

I am a student and so don't have too much money to spend by getting it done. I'm technical minded and would prefer to do it myself.

What could you suggest to me? I was in a hardware store and seen a micro spray gun normally used for these hobby remote control cars and that. Could I use something like that?

I bought a 500ml paint from the autobody supplies store.

What are the steps tp take?

Thanks alot

Answer
I would seriously reconsider what you are planning to do here. I think you will have poor results if you do not have proper spray equipment, or properly repair and prep the panels. Also, all modern vehicles are clear coated. I suggest going to a professional, it doesn't sound like you really have any real grasp of what really needs done here to make the car look good. I'm not a tutorial service on how to paint a car, there are books you can purchase online on how to prep and paint cars. Bill
