Question
Hello,
I was reading a forum on body repair and they mentioned "Clausen Gorilla Hair - Long Haired Fiberglass Body Filler"
I was wondering if you are familiar with this product and if you are can you point me to a page with instructions on how to use this product.  I have looked and cannot seem to find any.  I would like to read more about it before I try and use it.  I am repairing a trailer which has some rust spots and holes and this product sounds just like what I need.
Thank you in advance

Answer
Hi John,

I know of the product but I am not all that familiar with it. I know of Clausen Co. and I have used their "Rust Defender" Product off and on over the years. I believe that "Gorilla Hair" would be good product given the track record that I have had with "Rust Defender". However if I were to need a similar product like "Gorilla Hair" I would look at Fiberglass Evercoat's "Tiger Hair" or USC "Long N' Strong". Both companies have websites with MSDS and technical data available for their products plus both products are readily available from many different websites on the web.

Checkout this info on Tiger Hair:

Checkout this info on Long n' Strong:
