Auto body repair & detailing/Goop on my bumper

Question
Hi, I have a 2008 Honda Accord.  I backed into a stone wall recently and got some white goop (blobs) of it stuck to my bumper.  It is hard like cement and I cannot get it off.
There was no damage to my care other than this junk sticking to it.
Please help.
Nancy

Answer
Hi Nancy,

First of all you need to see what this "goop" is. Go back to the wall and inspect it and see if you can tell if it's some kind of coating. You may be able to handle just as you would over-spray. Check out the link to this product. I think it will do the trick for you.
