Question
how do i repair with bondo what is the best kind on the market

Answer
Hi James,

You will need to pull out the worst of the damage with a dent puller. Afterward you will need to sand the area where the filler will be applied with 80 grit. I personally like Fiberglass/Evercoat's Rage Gold. You can take a look at it at this link: http://www.repaintsupply.com/pd_rage.cfm

Smooth out the filler with 180 grit and finish sand with 320 grit. You should then be able to proceed with primer and paint.
