every body part is being replace, even cutting the roof off I am worried since this a unibody car will this affect the structural strength of the car    est.about $9000

Hi Greg,

If the repairs are done by a reputable body shop it should not affect the structural integrity of the car. I'm surprised the insurance company decided to fix it with such a high estimate. I don't know much about the value of honda civics but it would seem to me that it's must have been very close to a total. I believe I would question my insurance agent about this decision in depth.
