Question
It started yesterday, first off the driver side door would always pop after a certain point and now it has decided to hit the fender making it impossible to open the door fully it opens just about 5 inches before it hits the fender but the doro lines are the same and it closes just fine and i wasnt in a accident but i tryed lifting up on the door and it didnt move i was wondering y the door is doing this??

Answer
Either the wind has caught the door and bent the hinges, or the hinges are weak from the factory and have bent with the passage of time and use. I've seen it many, many times. Sometimes factory replacement hinges are built beefier than the originals, and will solve the problem indefinitely. You need to see a bodyshop- they charge about 40% less than a mechanical garage, and they know what they are doing when it comes to fixing car bodies. Bill
