Question
i have a scratch on my windshield that is not very deep and I think I could buff it out,  could you give me any ideas on what to use or how to do it

Answer
You need to call a glass company and have them buff it out. They have special buffers and diamond dust polish to remove scratches. Glass is harder than Chinese algebra, and even I don't have the equipment in my arsenal to remove scratches from glass. As a rule, if you can feel it when you run your fingernail over it- it's too deep to remove. Bill
