Question
After a car body is media blasted and treated with phosphate ,how long before it MUST be in primer to ensure no problems after painting

Answer
Hi Phil,

I recommend priming right away. Don't let it sit for any length of time before you get the primer on it. In high humid conditions it could flash rust as quick as minutes after it was blasted. I also recommend using a good quality epoxy primer to prime it with.
