Question
95 Ford Escort Wagon roof rack is leaking.  After asking around it appears that the headliner needs to be removed to seal leaks. Too expensive!! Any other ideas? I tried squirting silicone down in there from the outside, didn't help.

Sorry, Gwen, but leak repair can be tricky and expensive to repair- especially in the case of 14 year old cars. It could very well be leaking from elsewhere- that's why they take down the headliner- so they can water test the car, and pinpoint the leak. Bill
