Question Hi, ive just bought a 2005 ford focus zetec however there is
a small series of scratches above the front drivers wheel
arch resembling a scuff. What would be the best way to have
this fixed and how much would i be looking at?also there are
2 cigarette burns in the back which i dont know how to fix
so was also wandering if you could help?thanks
Answer I am unsure of the type of paint that is being used in the UK.
I would seek advice from a body or paint shop. If it's a clearcoat paint finish and the scratches aren't to deep than wet sanding or buffing may do the trick.
As for the burns, find a good upholstery shop to repair the holes.
Neither one of these items to fix should be to costly.
I hope this helps in your quest to repair the car.
