Question
rear door is damaged.  have a new door with color match. how do you remove pins in hinges and replace bushings in new door.

David, not knowing the year of your suburban i will guess ,rear cargo doors should unbolt from the body, either tailgate or swinging doors. You may have to pop off plastic covers to see bolts. Remove hinge from body ,protect surrounding area with layers of duct tape to prevent damage.You may have to loosen up all hinge bolts to align new doors.Hope this helps,Bill Tuma
