Hi. Which position of the VIN identifies the paint color and do you have the codes for each color? Also, did 1978 oldsmobile cutlass supreme have an airbag installed?

The last '8' digits of the VIN, when GM punches them into their computer,  paint code will come up, not the color.From the paint code we can build the original color.  Also,  the 1978 Olds Cutlass Supreme did NOT come from the factory with air bags.
