QUESTION: 1994 toyota camry, silver/taupe?, beige/taupe i think,

Answer
Good luck.

This material is the "worst" material ever used in vehicle's since the 1960's. If it gets stained by water or water based products, it almost impossible to clean. The material is called "essential material". It is "essentially terrible" to clean.

I have tried:
*Dry cleaning solution - worked a little, left a bad smell
*All-purpose cleaner - looked like it worked till it dried
*Alcohol - see above

I would do what I do and google the exact information and see how many responses you get and try them all. You might get lucky and one of them will work.

I am really sorry that I can't be more specific, but what I have tried in  the past to clean these types of seats would take me hours to write.

What I recommend to my own customers is to buy seat covers. At least they can be cleaned.

Hope that this helps.
