Question
Is the chevy bowtie emblem on the tailgate of a 2009 Silverado attached only with 3M doublesided tape, or are there also fasteners that are used? I would like to remove mine, but want to make sure I don't leave any holes in the tailgate.

Hello Monty
When you buy the emblem they do not have any line up holes. It comes with two-sided tape, but since the tailgate fits most K body pickups it may have holes. To be safe, use a heat gun to remove it, and if your tailgate has holes you can reuse the same emblem.
