Question
I have a 1989 gray Lincoln town car.The paint is fading around the
headlights and part of the hood.It looks like it may start on the
trunk. The car is housed under a carport when not in use. What can
I do to solve this problem? Thanks.

Answer
Hi Burke,

Unfortunately, There isn't much you can do besides re-painting the area. You might try putting several coats of wax on it and just check to see whether that brings the shine and color back up or not. If it doesn't you will be re-painting.
